I have been doing this for a little while and while the community is not as large as I would like, it is growing. I get the occasional email asking questions and so I decided to answer them today.
Oddly, one of the most common classification of question is why are your headers often snarky?
You are talking about the contributions of my intellectual editor, Alfred. I come up with an idea and start writing. Then he gets it and makes snarky comments and I change what I write to handle the snark. I don’t really know if it is a great format but that is his function.

You are a .NET guy, why is so much of the content not Microsoft?
Part of the reason for the blog is for me to show all the weird things a .NET developer rarely get to do and help anyone who is a fish out of water deal with some assignment they get. One of the advantages of being a consultant is that you never have a shortage of weird crap coming through your door.
